On October 26th, 2009, the staff and faculty of Vista Real recognized Breast Cancer Awareness month. Many staff members dressed in pink and donated their hard earned money to help fight breast cancer. For more information on what you can do to help raise awareness, please visit The Susan G. Komen Foundation or the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
-Vista Real gained 102 points in our Academic Perfomance Index (API) score! As a school, we earned a score of 703. Thanks to all the students and staff for the hard work and dedication!!
ATTENTION STUDENTS AND PARENTS:
-School ID cards are now provided and required for all VRCHS students. These picture ID cards are available for free at the front desk, along with a complimentary lanyard. Every student will be required to bring their ID card each time they come to VRCHS, so don’t forget it or you will be marked absent. If a student loses their ID there will be a $5 replacement fee, so please keep track of your ID. We hope that this new school ID policy will help ensure that VRCHS continues to be a safe and nurturing educational environment.

STUDENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
-Calling all VRCHS students!! We want to hear YOUR ideas! Please join us for the Student Advisory Committee meeting on Tuesday, March 16th at 12:00 PM. The meeting will take place at the Oxnard Campus. Refreshments will be served!!
